Interior Design Project Coordinator Category: Interior Design Location: NEW YORK Job Description High-end residential interior design firm seeking Project Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in similar role. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, organized, reliable, self-motivated, and must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should be willing to learn both independently and in a team setting. We are a friendly and fun team who work closely together and are seeking someone who fits well into our company culture. We are currently working remotely part time.

Job Requirements Responsibilities:

Lead PM Team with organization and logistics of projects, including creating and tracking client budgets, purchases, and delivery/installation schedules.

Create and process proposals and purchase orders according to strict procedures.

Submit, track, and expedite orders.

Develop weekly project priorities and communicate with design team.

Manage vendor relationships and communication.

Plan, manage, and coordinate installations with design team.

Accept and oversee periodic deliveries at clients homes.

Assist with administrative tasks.

Skills/Requirements:

2-3 years in a similar role at Design Firm

Bachelors Degree

Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly skilled at problem solving and multi-tasking

Ability and desire to work in a highly collaborative team

Proficiency in Design Manager, MS Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel), Adobe Suite, and AutoCad is necessary

Works well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines
