Description: Precis is seeking a mid-level interior designer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Corporate/Commercial and Life Science experience. The interior design position entails supporting the lead designer on projects including design presentations and production of construction documentation. The Interior designer will be responsible for supporting design and documentation efforts related to a range of project types. Candidates should be energetic and willing to collaborators with the firm leaders in pursuit of innovative solutions that exceed client objectives, also be a key team member across all project interior design activities from initial project conceptualization to detailed design and construction administration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft office suite, Adobe Photoshop, 3D modeling software SketchUp, and rendering software Enscape or Lumion Have a proven understanding of Programming, Interior Planning and Design, Detailing, and Project documentation Strong conceptual skills and understanding of interior architecture Strong design and presentation skills Understanding of finish materials and their application Consult with manufacturers, research and evaluate FF&E materials and products Ability to prioritize and manage the design of multiple projects Ability to work with other members of the team, architects and engineers to coordinate on projects Precis Engineering provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
