Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Under direction of Design and Construction leadership, the Senior Interior Designer is responsible for overseeing the design standards for Southcoast Health. Senior Interior Designer will provide leadership within the project team, including the ability to direct and evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria. Must possess excellent presentation skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. Knowledge of healthcare codes and regulations. Knowledge of the coordination of work of other disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc. Proficiency in ACAD, Revit, Enscape, Word and Excel spreadsheets. Must possess the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, coordinate with facilities/planning departments, and strong client presentation and management skills. A minimum of two years of healthcare specific interior design and a minimum of four years of professional design development experience. Certificate of passage of NCIDQ examination preferred. Pay Range USD $56,992.00 - USD $95,805.00 /Yr.
