Position Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the design industry
  • Technical skills in AutoCAD and rendering software such as Chief Architect
  • Experience with high level cabinetry and millwork design
  • Strong creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in multiple projects at various stages of development with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Applications & task management software such as Asana
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create thoughtful and inspiring design work that exceeds a clients vision
  • Collaboration with design team and operations team to prepare and execute presentations, budgets, technical drawing sets; ensuring top-notch quality and client satisfaction
  • Work alongside draftsperson to create drawings, schedules, renderings, and construction documents
  • Work with external consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to execute detailed design specifications
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a positive, supportive work environment that encourages innovation and learning
  • Assist with project photoshoots and product styling
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented with skills and abilities to work under time constraints and pressures of multiple projects

Schedule: Monday-Friday in office

Expected Hours: 34-40 hours/wk
