Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and possess the following; strong oral and written communication skills; strong presentation and documentation skills; and a professional level understanding of the overall interior design process from programming through construction administration. This Individual must be a team player, who is focused on collaboration and has the ability to maintain a positive attitude despite challenging circumstances.Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/ Rhino (or similar), the Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is requiredPreferred QualificationsLEED APWELL APPreference given to local candidatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureA minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant design firm environmentNCIDQ certificate holderID license in state where applicableWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
