Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer/Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design and the ability to manage and oversee various aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure that each home we develop reflects our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to understand their vision and design preferences.

Develop and present design concepts, including layout plans, color schemes, and material selections.

Oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Supervise on-site work to ensure that the design plans are followed accurately.

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.

Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and project supervision, preferably in residential real estate development.

Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with the Boston area and local subcontractors is a plus.
