And we want you.Bell Piney Flats Aircraft ServicesCome join the Bell Piney Flats Aircraft Services team and help ensure best-in-class service to our customers. In this position, you'll be an integral part of the Aircraft Services team, installing interior kits on aircraft according to technical data and customer specifications.What you'll be doing as an Interior Installer:Perform light custom fabrication of aircraft interiors for multiple commercial aircraft models.Fit and install interior plastic, carpet, and upholstery.Perform sheet metal work as required, mix compounds, and read and interpret drawings and installation instructions.Generate Fabrication followers as required.Work effectively with your team.Read and interpret and installation instructions.Document all work performed.Demonstrate safe work practices and PPE use.Skills You Bring To this Role:Ability to perform tasks with little to no rework.Ability to demonstrate safe and compliant work habits at all times, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.What you need to be successful:High school diploma or GED.Up to one year experience with interior removal, modification, and installation or equivalent.Additional experience, such as upholstery, preferred.Sewing experience may be a plus.Physical requirements:Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.Capable of standing for extended periods during the entire duration of shift.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.What we offer you in return:80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO).120 hours Vacation time.12-13 paid holidays per year.6 weeks parental leave.Tuition reimbursement.Competitive salary.Comprehensive health insurance.On-site Bell Piney Flats fitness center (employees only).Access to Employee Resource Groups.And so much more.It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
