Our client is looking for an Intermediate Architect with 5–10 years of experience and strong BIM skills, focusing on both design and technical documentation. You will be responsible for creating and managing the firm's BIM standards and construction documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across projects. The position involves working on a mix of residential and corporate projects, requiring expertise in controlling standards, detailing, and compliance with codes. Additionally, you'll collaborate with teams to coordinate and refine documentation workflows while maintaining the firm's library of details and templates.
