Should be hands-on with exceptional design as well as people skills. The desired Architectural Designer should have strong production, technical, and managerial skills; having experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, educational, industrial, and retail projects.Qualifications:
- 8 + years of architectural experience particularly in commercial building design
- Proven experience with multifamily housing, educational, office, mixed-use, and industrial buildings
- Registered Architect desired or someone who is on the fast track to obtaining his/her license.
- Must have strong production and technical skills. Solid background in construction drawings.
- Experience as a Job Captain, Project Architect, or Project Manager with some client interaction
- Fluent in AutoCAD (required) and Revit (desired)
- Working knowledge of local building codes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
