Salary Range: $84,830 - $102,982 per year Key Responsibilities:Patient Monitoring: Continuously observe and track patients' vital signs and overall health to ensure stability, responding swiftly to any changes in condition. Clinical Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and progress, documenting findings and updating the healthcare team. Work Schedule: Night shifts with flexible hours. Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions with accuracy, ensuring compliance with medical guidelines. Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient. Emergency Care: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing necessary care and performing life-saving procedures when needed. Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License
- CPR-BCLS Certification (must be completed before orientation concludes)
- ACLS Certification (must be completed before orientation concludes)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (must be completed before orientation concludes)
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry
- Ability to operate therapeutic medical equipment
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Comprehensive understanding of the nursing process and the ability to deliver care in accordance with established standards
