Seeking highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive support at various client locations. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. Status: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire (Various Client Locations) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Daytime Hours Pay Range Range: $16-$20/hour Work Environment: Various professional office settings at client locations May require occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 20 lbs) Prolonged periods of sitting and using office equipment and computers Responsibilities: Manage and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure easy access to important documents Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with high attention to detail Proficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasks Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessary Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Assist with special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Previous success in office management Experience managing budgets and expenses Experience developing internal processes and filing systems Comfortable handling confidential information Ability to take clear, concise meeting minutes Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Excellent customer service orientation Professional demeanor and appearance Demonstrated reliable work ethic and excellent attendance record Exceptional phone etiquette Ability to follow through on tasks and work efficiently Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines If you have the required skills and work experience in order to be successful in an administrative role, please go to www.spherion.com/apply/75102 to complete an online application and submit your resume.
