What You'll Do:
* Process incoming mail to include stamping, reviewing for completeness, logging and filing.
* Respond to email or phone inquiries received within the Division.
* Assist with research into customer inquiries
* Assist with records, data, documentation and reports
* Complete other general office tasks, as needed
Hours scheduled per week will vary dependent on workload.
Intermittent employment is not eligible for benefits.
9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
