Junipers Digital Experience and Automation (DEA) team (part of Global Services and Support Organization) delights external and internal customers by delivering efficient and innovative solutions that are proactive, easy to use and self-service focused. We are looking for a passionate and energetic UX researcher to join our team.

The DEA UX team designs and executes research strategies to improve the self-service experience with our GS service tools. We provide high-impact, actionable, and data-driven UX insights to our product and development teams to ensure were solving the right problem, the right way. Inspiration is easy because we have the best customers and partners on the planet!

**To succeed in this internship, youll**

* Bring your knowledge and enthusiasm to help create a stellar online customer service experience and gain real-world interviewing skills as you do it!

* Use your creativity to craft compelling customer analyses, journeys, and other artifacts that bring the customer experience and goals to life for the project team.

* Present your findings to stakeholders and project members.

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, are exceptionally curious, and enjoy working with high degree of ambiguity.

**Qualifications** :

* Pursuing a degree in a Human Factors/UX/HCI program (Masters or Ph.D.).

* Passionate about research and understanding user behavior.

* Curious to uncover user needs and discover the gaps in the user experience of the product.

* Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.

* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.

* Experience working with enterprise software (preferred but not mandatory).
