As an intern, you will participate in real business projects that drive to meaningful results. We encourage initiative and provide key challenges throughout the internship. MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. has facilities located in many states across the United States and Canada. This internship is located in Weslaco, TX.
The MasterBrand Cabinets Intern Program is a three-month internship offering exceptional opportunities to play an integral role in challenging, value-added projects within Operations. Each intern is assigned to a manager who will outline a project plan, coach, and provide performance feedback. This is a project-based internship with broad exposure to daily operating activities. At the completion of the internship, you will present the results and conclusions of your project. Also as an integral member of a team, you will work with professionals across the business assisting in periodic activities such as Project Leadership, Continuous Improvement activities, Engineering initiatives, Team Leadership, and Human Resources.
Typical Tasks Involve:
* Project management
* Evaluating and documenting business processes and recommending solutions
* Interpreting and creating engineering drawings and specifications
* Identifying potential opportunities to improve processes
* Interpreting data analysis to implement decisions that deliver results

Qualifications
* Scheduled to graduate?May 2023 - December 2023
* A cumulative GPA of 3.0+
* Superior analytical, quantitative, leadership, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
* A keen attention to detail and an innovative mindset
* The proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Preferred Bachelor Program: Mechanical Engineering and/or Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering
* Strong experience in the use of Solid Works
* Use of ERP tools/knowledge
