Ally Capital Group is currently seeking a part-time intern to join our team in Tampa, FL.

***This internship is in the office, not remote***

The ideal candidate must possess a strong desire to learn about the Commercial Real Estate industry. Candidates must be enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance or Business.

Position Overview:

Ally Capital Group interns will assist in data input, market research, data analysis and assist in maintaining and completing various internal and external reports.

• Support the acquisitions team with their processes for investment selection.
• Support in the upkeep of pipeline production worksheets and reporting materials for the investment team.
• Support in collecting market research and data to support for new investment considerations.
• Support in populating information needed for specific identified target markets and product types.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive thinker with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Flexibility to perform multiple functions.
