What You'll Do:
Our 2024-2025 Internship Program offers hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Research. We are looking for passionate students who are eager to make an impact in their field.
Internship Tracks:
Manufacturing Intern:
• Support daily production line operations.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to enhance processes, productivity, and product quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and developing solutions.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
Engineering Intern:
• Work with engineers to design, test, and refine products and systems.
• Assist with CAD modeling, prototyping, and product validation.
• Conduct engineering analysis (stress, thermal, etc.) under senior engineer guidance.
• Support product development from concept to production.
Operations Intern:
• Assist in supply chain, logistics, and production planning.
• Analyze workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Help with inventory management, vendor coordination, and procurement.
• Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and optimize resources.
Research Intern:
• Research materials, technologies, and processes aligned with T2Earth's mission.
• Collaborate with R&D on experimental projects and innovative solutions.
• Collect and analyze data to support product development and strategic decisions.
• Present findings and propose ideas for future projects.
Sales/CRM Enablement Intern:
Marketing Strategy and Communications Intern

Qualifications:
Education:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Materials Science, Sales/CRM, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills and Experience:
• Strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, operations, business or research.
• Basic knowledge of relevant tools and software (e.g., CAD for engineering, ERP for operations, lab equipment for research).
• Problem-solving ability with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
