Position Summary As a Merchandise Coordinator Intern on the photo production team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless integration of merchandise and props into photo shoots. You will assist in coordinating the logistics of merchandise handling, including organization, inventory and props management. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the production team to ensure that all merchandise is accurately prepared, presented, and utilized according to the production schedule. Responsibilities: - Coordinating merchandise for campaigns, PDP, digital content, and external agency shoots. - Work closely with the team to handle product and sample management within the NY studio. - Support the coordination of product deliveries and returns and track inventory. - Help organize and maintain the studio space to ensure all products and props are readily available. - Support producers by updating relevant trackers as needed. - Coordinating product requests from various cross-functional teams Requirements: - Current enrollment in a relevant field such as Merchandising, Beauty, Photography or a related discipline. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of photography and styling principles is a plus. $20 - $20 an hour This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
