If you share our vision and view yourself as an independent, creative thinker, we invite you to join our team in this exceptional role located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.This is a full-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 13, 2025 through May 16, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.Key Responsibilities:Training:Oversee account creation and data accuracyUpdate and manage ongoing training reportsManage communication for course enrollments, events or other targetsConsolidate and draft course/curriculum feedbackSupport training event planning and executionProduct:Track and manage training and testing fleet requestsCreate fleet spec sheets for event useSupport product launch activitiesProduce supporting documents for product planning and strategyCreate and update product reference materialIndustry researchGeneral:Process dealer and internal system accessBuild or modify various reporting and data matrixesManage Training Support correspondenceParticipate in and prepare meeting minutes for multi-disciplinary meetingsEvents:Support training admin for event product specialistsOversee preparation of event Atelier shipping and receivingProvide interdepartmental event support as neededRequirements:Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or universityPossess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of applicationField of study: Business, Marketing or other related fieldsMust attach a copy of college unofficial transcriptAbility to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power PointProficiency or aptitude for online publishingProofing skills and attention to detailStrong communication and organizational skills are criticalJoin the BMW North America team and enjoy a high-performance Total Rewards package that may include:Medical InsurancePaid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligibleHybrid work environmentIntern Vehicle Lease ProgramThe hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $xx.
