In this rewarding role you will:
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all assigned projects
- Observe operations and identify areas of learning opportunities
- Review workflow activities
- Work with managers and leaders on projects, observe and learn project management skills
- Assist Operations supervisor in review of daily performance metrics
- Work with Operations manager to perform a variety of tasks that support Organizational needs
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Ideally you will have/be:
- A High School diploma or equivalent/combined education
- Actively studying towards a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field i.e. healthcare, project management, operations management
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service, organization and computer skills
- An ability to utilize proper telephone etiquette and scheduling skills
- An ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- An ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of web-based and electronic communications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A desire to learn
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills; as well as ability to process analytics
- An ability to foster excellent relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated self-motivation, drive and initiative
Education/Pay Range:
Level I = Freshman/Sophomore: $19.00 - $21.00 hourly
Level II = Junior/Senior: $24.23 - $26.78 hourly
Level III= Masters/JD/PhD: $29.31- $32.39 hourly
