There may also be opportunities for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025.Requirements* Interface with production and engineering department to resolve quality issues.* Assist quality department to sort and transact defective material.* Interact with manufacturing floor and communicate product/process deficiencies to Quality Manager.* Participate in failure review board activities and process improvement projects.* Interact with suppliers to improve quality and ensure compliance with specifications.* Support Quality Manager or Quality Engineer with failure analysis and reporting as needed.* Conduct / support industry standard audits.Qualifications* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.* Strong interest in fundamental mechanical, electrical, and industrial concepts is a must.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.* Self-motivated and possess a high degree of curiosity and desire to learn new things.* Detailed oriented and process oriented.* Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels in the organization.* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and spoken.Part-time schedules for internships during: Fall, Winter & Spring.Full-time schedules for Summer internships. (40 hour week) Approx.
