- 8-10 week immersive summer program
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Approximately 35 hours per week spent in a specified department
- Approximately 5 hours per week spend on various learning opportunities including:
- Weekly business skill development
- Networking opportunities with company leadership
- Opportunities to shadow in a variety of departments of interest
- Areas of the company include:
- Risk Solutions
- Finance
- Underwriting
- Project Management
- IT
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Operations
Fundamental qualifications necessary...
- Actively enrolled student in good academic standing
- Successful completion of MedPro Group's Foundations of Insurance Program
- Desire to explore the insurance industry and participate in our business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to use critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player
- Detail-orientated and data-driven
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Summer ability to work full-time at one of our participating locations
- Authorization to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship, both now and in the future
