What You'll Do:

  • Conduct internal audit procedures, including control testing, documentation review, and data analysis.
  • Prepare detailed workpapers and reports highlighting key findings and improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with team members to develop risk assessment matrices and comprehensive audit programs.
  • Monitor and assist in the remediation of audit findings and identified deficiencies.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives within the internal audit department as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Strong analytical abilities to gather, analyze, and evaluate complex data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Capability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.
