We are seeking a Polish-speaking, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. With an experienced support team, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive care to the local community in a collaborative environment.Position OverviewAs an Internal Medicine Physician, you will manage a caseload of approximately 17-25 patients daily, focusing on primary care and preventive health services for a predominantly Polish-speaking patient population. This is an outpatient position with no in-patient responsibilities, allowing you to focus fully on patient care and preventive health.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care and preventive health services to adult patients.
  • Manage a daily caseload of 17-25 patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, coordinate patient care plans, and utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
  • Active licensure in the state of New York.
  • Fluency in Polish (required).
  • Dedication to patient-centered care and community health.
