Job Description – Internal Wholesaler
KraneShares is seeking an Internal Wholesaler to support AUM growth by engaging with inbound leads generated through emails, website activity, webinars, and events. The Internal Wholesaler will play a key role in fostering relationships with new and existing investors and will distribute ETFs to wealth management channels, including Broker Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
Compensation Range: $50,000 to $120,000 Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads through telephone calls, emails, and follow-ups based on website activity, webinar attendance, and event participation.
- Maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory, with a focus on a segmented advisor base.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships by consistently following up on new leads and educating prospects about current and upcoming products.
- Regularly contact financial advisors in assigned territories to manage the sales process and build long-term partnerships.
- Present investment solutions and discuss market trends with financial advisors and other key decision-makers.
- Ensure accurate and complete records by maintaining a CRM database with detailed client documentation.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to arrange meetings and enhance business development efforts.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build connections and increase product visibility.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to engage and influence prospects.
- Demonstrable history of success in securing prospects and driving sales growth.
- High level of professionalism, diligence, and client-focused initiative.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and techniques.
- Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses will be required.
