Internal Sales Team Members Enjoys:

  • Base of $75 - 80k/year, plus uncapped commissions tied to capital raise and bonuses tied to activities (total compensation has averaged $85 - $135k/year)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of Financial Sales Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Business
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 AND Series 63 license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and other relevant tools

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage territory with External Partner including - managing calendar and sales rotation, identifying prospects, managing sales commitments and tracking goals
  • Responsible for making calls to prospects, with goal of setting meetings/filling calendar for External Partner - qualify or discount leads and manage their potential in Salesforce
  • Help External execute on leads, follow up on meetings, webinars, and daily sales, intro calls to provide necessary materials and generate business
  • Primary point of contact for 80 ‐ 90% of contacts in territory and helps External support the Top 10 ‐ 20% of prospects in territory
  • Track Activity, record in Salesforce all conversations, contacts, activities, meetings, etc
  • Participate in call campaigns leading up to and following sales conferences, webinars, special announcements, etc

To support our expansion, Xtollo seeks self-motivated, growth-minded financial professionals to join our Internal Sales team. These individuals support the distribution of our investment offerings to the Broker/Dealer, Registered Investment Adviser (“RIA”) and Turnkey Asset Management Platform (“TAMP”) channels. The candidate selected will have the opportunity to enhance our sales culture and therefore must have a passion for driving sales, be team-oriented and committed to self-development.

Internal Sales team members are responsible for partnering with and supporting their External Sales partner to achieve territory sales goals. Internals are primarily responsible for outbound calls to prospective financial advisors to introduce offerings, set meetings, develop relationships and support advisors/prospects to demonstrate value and promote sales in its offerings.
