Our client is looking for a Capture Manager. In this role you will:- Identify the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity.- Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies.- Manage the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award.The Capture Manager reports to the business unit leader and must achieve unprecedented levels of capture process quality and increased competitiveness by insuring interdependent, timely and streamlined execution of the capture/proposal process.Being accountable for capture leadership of an assigned portfolio of opportunities, the candidate will:- Identify targets of opportunity.- Qualify identified opportunities.- Develop Capture and Win Strategies for qualified opportunities that are approved by the executive leadership.Additionally, you will:- Lead large, complex, strategic and high dollar value capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business.- Act on behalf of the executive sponsor for the opportunity.- Be accountable to shape and win opportunities through balanced focus on customer, competitive environment, and the company's best interests.Your territory is the Middle East/Asia Pacific. You can live near any airport in the U.S. depending on how much training you need. If you need more training, you will start in South Bend Indiana.Pay range is $120 - $160k. Bonuses, full benefits.
