Overview: We are hiring an International Order Management Representative to manage sales orders and accounts for international territories, ensuring smooth delivery and top-tier customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing logistics, handling documentation for export, and serving as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track international orders, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, distribution, and finance for seamless order processing.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates and resolve any issues.
- Partner with freight forwarders and customs brokers to arrange shipments.
- Maintain accurate order records and stay up-to-date on shipping regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably with international order management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
