This role requires excellent email communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a strong attention to detail. The coordinator will also support and work closely with the department team members to ensure the successful execution of international projects and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Account Coordination: Manage international partners relationships for commission processing, post student enrollment. Coordinate international payments, invoices, banking information, ensuring each step of the process is performed with accuracy.Communication Facilitation: Facilitate email/phone communication between internal teams and international partners, ensuring clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness when interacting with international clients or partners, adapting communication styles as needed to accommodate cultural differences.Issue Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by international partners in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams to find suitable solutions.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of communications, invoices, payments and project progress, and provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders as needed.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in international relations, business administration, communication, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in detailed reporting and record keeping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with mail merging;Strong experience with Google Suite;Experience generating reports. Salary Description $19.00-$20.00/HR
