The International Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for managing and retaining a book of business of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth personal & commercial customers (usually $5MM and above). The SRM maintains a highly dedicated professional relationship with each customer to ensure a big picture and unbiased approach to solving their overall financial situation. The SRM coordinates with product specialists such as trust officers, wealth advisors, etc. to integrate solutions; ensures high standards of service quality are provided to customers to strengthen customer loyalty; and adheres to the Bank's BSA/AML, Compliance and Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities:
International Senior Relationship Managers who hold a FINRA license will be required to maintain their license in good standing by adhering to policies and procedures, including completing firm and regulatory trainings, and by raising awareness of any issues that may affect the good stance of their personal licenses or the Firm's. They must also remain current on general investments and products knowledge by their active and enthusiastic participation in scheduled courses, trainings and product meetings.
Functional Skills & Knowledge Requirements: Must be a team player, have the ability to work under pressure, have a professional image and be able to resolve problems and conflicts. Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time and have the ability to manage change. Must possess business communications skills such as advanced writing, listening and have office and mathematics skills, and customer service skills. Possession of professional skills such as report writing, advanced statistics, effective presentation skills, creative skills, ethics management and conducting effective meetings and research assessment are required. Internet, CRM Tools and MS Office Skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are required. Must have sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or JD or Law Degree. FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 a plus. A masters' degree or other well-known professional certification such as TEP, CFA, CFP are desired. Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge: Dexterity in the use of financial systems and applications. Possesses knowledge of investment and banking products. Must have superior sales, negotiation and relationship management skills. Can manage large accounts and Financial Institutions accounts independently. Ability to travel at a moment's notice. 25% travel required
