As a leader in international relocation, they specialise in delivering safe, secure, and efficient packing, transportation, storage, and unpacking solutions for all types of moves.

They are now seeking an International Relocation Coordinator to join their team in Dulles, VA.

The ideal candidate will be a service-driven professional with a passion for exceeding expectations. This individual will consistently go above and beyond for clients, collaborate effectively with a team to deliver excellent results, and take personal responsibility for ensuring positive outcomes.

In this role, you will plan, organise, and manage international household goods shipments, maintaining a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. Candidates with prior experience in the relocation or moving industry—particularly in international services—will be given preference.

A strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule services to be performed at residence
  • Provide customer guidance and instruction
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to carry out crucial details
  • Manage vendors to timely deliver the required service
  • Manage costs associated with each relocation
  • Issue insurance coverage
  • Invoice clients for services performed
  • Work with agents in other markets to deliver services to client
  • Solve problems and work independently
  • Contribute to the direction of the company
  • Learn, adapt, overcome, and enjoy challenges
  • Assist with total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Detailed oriented with a desire to deliver top notch service
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and use of customer service databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a hard worker who cares about the outcomes of their work
  • Ability to work within a team environment and support and collaborate with others
