Job Summary
Responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of international account support requests through the provision of reliable, responsive and resourceful service in every interaction. Acts as a Surya subject matter expert for International Account customers concerning Surya products, orders and fulfillment processes. Reports directly to the International Sales Manager and interacts with all Surya departments to resolve issues for the customers.
Primary responsibilities
* Help troubleshoot problems with customer related issues.
* Provide accurate product and service information.
* Review open orders and ensure timely shipments.
* Provide quotes status tracking and reporting for all open international account projects.
* Ensure accurate order placement and fulfillment.
* Work closely with purchasing to ensure product flow and inventory levels.
* Maintain customer inventory feeds, pricing and order processes.
* Assist in the creation of customer facing presentations and product selections.
* Accurately document all customer interactions in appropriate systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues to the satisfaction of customers as needed.
* Escalate recurring problems to immediate supervisor.
* Provide supervisor and Customer Care management with process improvement recommendations.

Preferred Experience
* Bilingual (any languages).
* College Student or just graduated.
* Some advanced degree work in a related field.
* Greater than two years of experience in a service support role.
