We are seeking well-qualified candidates for the role of Global ISC Manager to help develop and support our future growth and goals. In this role, you will be responsible for a multitude of areas, including engaging customers at a strategic and tactical level, facilitating technical projects and onboarding customers, and helping develop the Navia ISC program. The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual with a high knowledge of the import and export industry, with the ability to combine traditional supply chain processes with new technology.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Navias ISC program's growth strategy as we develop and roll out exciting new features and functionality.
- Be a senior-level management staff member who can comfortably engage with customers at an executive level.
- Assist with onboarding new customers into the ISC program, including developing and implementing SOPs, training, and integrations.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) to oversee Navia's highest-value customers. Provide guidance and support to KAMs to ensure the highest-level customer experience.
- Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and other beneficial data analysis using visualization tools to provide meaningful and useful feedback to our customers.
- Actively participate in the monthly and quarterly review of customer data and accounts, compiling reporting, slide decks, and presentations as necessary.
- Leverage industry experience to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities for new and existing clients. Use data to draw conclusions and create proposals that will benefit our customers' supply chains.
- Assist customers with the development of new trade lanes and project opportunities. Drive quoting and pricing strategy.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders on new or existing reporting requests. Drive internal projects to meet customer-required deadlines. Be able to communicate customer requests and requirements to technical teams, validate results and implement them into a production environment.
- Look for process improvement opportunities, internally and externally, across functions and platforms.
- Become a subject matter expert with internal Navia tools, including Navia Hub and Insights.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and Navias Customs Brokerage and Global Trade Management teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders to continue developing ISC tools and products. This includes collaborating with overseas teams to scope and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders regarding the pricing strategy for customers, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the Navia product offering is always compelling for our customer requirements challenging our business to guarantee our products are industry-leading and operationally deliverable.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of strong working knowledge of international transportation and logistics (preferably in ocean and air Freight Forwarding, 3PL/4PL/PO management).
- Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, international business, or project management
- Experience with process mapping, definition, and documentation (via MS Offices applications).
- Comprehensive knowledge of transportation modes, tariffs, and systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge in PO Management and eCommerce supply chain models
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) as well as proficiency in supply chain concepts and processes (i.e., international supply chain, inventory management, compliance, distribution and/or procurement).
- A well-organized self-starter who is highly detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and both written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer interaction (i.e., customer service, sales, sales support, or customer solutions).
- Ability to represent the team and function effectively in dealings with internal customers and vendors is essential.
