Supports US international tax calculations of the company (i.e., TCJA, Subpart F, etc.) as they relate to restructuring and tax planning.

Oversees the review of US international income tax returns, disclosure statements, and elections as they relate to restructuring and tax planning.

Assist in gathering information to support international aspects of the IRS Compliance Assurance Program ( CAP ).

Collaborates with Treasury to develop tax-efficient repatriation strategies that are in line with the goals of the company and execute on such strategies.

Assists with the monitoring of US and international income tax legislation and evaluates impact to the company.

Research complex tax issues for international tax planning, M&A, tax accounting, and tax compliance.
