Our client is seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to manage global tax strategies and ensure compliance with international regulations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize tax risks and support global business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international tax strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise on tax-efficient structures for cross-border transactions and expansions.
- Oversee international tax filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Mentor and lead junior tax professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CTA) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in international tax, preferably in a multinational or public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing, and VAT/GST.
