International Tax Manager - Private Investment Firm

A multi-billion dollar, private investment firm with operations and investments largely in the USA and Europe are in search of a Tax Manager. They've grown a tremendous amount over the past 5 years, and operate across a multitude of industries including Oil & Gas, Engineering, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.

Reporting into an impressive Global Head of Tax, you ll monitor and ensure compliance with US and international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, support tax planning and strategy initiatives impacting the various investment strategies across the enterprise, and more.

Note this role requires you to work 5 days a week in office in downtown NYC.

Ideal Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of international tax experience ideally out of Big 4 or within the tax department of a private equity firm
• Deep understanding of VAT (Value Added Tax/Sales Tax) - UK tax focus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
