Miss Claire Sullivan is seeking studio interns to start asap.
Miss Claire Sullivan is a New York based atelier which specializes in custom couture looks for celebrities, artists, musicians, dancers, brides, and more. Each look is made custom for the client, touching on the models and traditions of old couture houses.
The internship includes very hands on experience with the designer and assistant designers. The intern will get to see the inner workings of a small brand.
Responsibilities include: Sourcing materials, assisting with patterns, cutting fabric, sewing samples, hand sewing, organizing trims and fabrics, assisting with client fittings, organizing mood boards, etc.
Experience with sewing and patterning a plus but not required.
