We're Hiring an Intervention Specialist for SY 24-25 in Dayton, OH!

As an Intervention Specialist, you'll provide individualized instruction, support, and resources to students with special needs, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a rewarding opportunity to collaborate with a team of educators, families, and administrators in fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented classroom environment that encourages student engagement and development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Intervention Specialist certification in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging instructional strategies.
