Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, care planning, and monitoring patient outcomes in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Assist with a range of clinical procedures, including administering injections, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting during exams.
- Educate patients and caregivers on pain management options and post-care instructions tailored to individual learning needs.
- Document patient interactions, outcomes, and care plans accurately and timely.
- Perform CLIA-waived lab testing, manage medication prior authorizations, and assist in maintaining medical supplies and inventory.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards, promoting a culture of safety and compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current Idaho RN license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in a clinical or medical office setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
