RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits of finished goods and raw materials
- Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments
- Participate in physical inventories as necessary
- Provide floor support to operation supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
- Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
- Data entry and transactions within WMS and ERP systems.
- Verify and reconcile production entry
- Data entry for scrap and TDA movement journals.
- Process Non- Inventory Expense Purchase Order requisitions within 24 hours of receipt.
- Process Receiving Purchase Order requisitions.
- Other duties as required or assigned
SKILLS:Candidates should possess the following skills/knowledge:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes and product codes
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Will be required to obtain Forklift License
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift items weighing approximately 40 pounds
- Physically able to Twist/Turn/Bend/Reach/Push/Pull/Grasp/Squat Motions entire shift
- Ability to stand entire shift, minimum of 8 hours
