About the Role: CaaStle is adding a new Inventory Analyst to our growing team, reporting to the Director of Assortment. The Inventory Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Assortment, Buying, and Planning teams in analyzing inventory data to optimize monetization strategies. For success in this role, you'll need to be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, have a passion for data-driven decision-making, and have the ability to clearly communicate actionable insights. You'll play a key role in improving the Yield Team's analytical processes. What You'll Do:
- Collect, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to identify performance trends and patterns. Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover underlying causes of KPI results.
- Summarize findings and recommendations to present to stakeholders, translating large datasets into digestible insights with actionable takeaways.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and background for necessary analysis.
- Support team in developing new reports/ tools to enable BAU analysis
- Leverage Tableau and Google suite to develop and maintain reports to monitor inventory performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing inventory analysis and management tools and assist in execution.
We'd Love for You to Have:
- Bachelor's degree and two to three years of experience in an analytical and/or planning role or related field
- Experience analyzing data, preferably in inventory management
- Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What We Offer:
