- Assist the allocation team with ongoing activities for open galleries including allocations for the gallery refreshes, damage replacements, gallery requests, daily swatch allocations, etc.
- Execute the input of allocations and parameters for a complex set of stores and SKU's into the RMS replenishment system for managing swatches
- Execute DC re-sku requests by keying orders, maintaining corrections and revisions to facilitate the correct movement of inventory
- Balance workload priorities to ensure successful execution of all allocation initiatives
- Update and publish daily and weekly reports using Excel, Google Docs
- Maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2+ years equivalent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel with aptitude to learn new systems quickly
- Demonstrates ability to work interchangeably with multiple departments with limited oversight
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented approach, able to recognize misses and oversights
- Ability to navigate multiple tasks and effectively manage accurate and on-time deliverables
- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skill
