Inventory Analyst

JOB TYPE:

Full-time, W2, 12-month contract with ongoing need, 4 10-hour shifts weekly

PAY RATE: $24.04/hr.

San Antonio, TX

JOB SUMMARY FOR INVENTORY ANALYST:

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage inventory movements, ensure accurate material flows, and resolve issues in the kitting and production processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Excel and FactoryTrack expertise, ensuring smooth operations and efficient material management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR INVENTORY ANALYST:

• Maintain systemic inventory movements to align with material flows in kitting and production processes.
• Reconcile item mismatches that prevent material consumption on units.
• Submit hot call requests, trace and track material quantities and locations to address production shortages.
• Print and prepare kitting sequencing materials based on evolving production needs.
• Report and escalate true shortages to production and planning teams.
• Update kitting tracker reports and escalate shortage requests.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR INVENTORY ANALYST:

• 2+ years of relevant experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR INVENTORY ANALYST:

• Exceptional proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with FactoryTrack or similar tools for managing inventory movements is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and escalation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve material flow discrepancies effectively.
