Job Summary: The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing pharmaceutical inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demand and will report directly to the Director of Retina Strategy and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Manage inventory replenishment and allocation Assist with inventory forecasting and planning Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field strongly preferred 3+ years of experience in inventory management or related field required. Experience in Ophthalmology, specifically Retina, strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Physical Demands: The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Work Environment: The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst will work remotely. However, up to 25% travel will be required.
