**Inventory Analyst, Nutrition - Decatur, IL**

This is a full-time exempt position.

**Position Summary:**

This individual will report to a Supply Chain Manager, Nutrition. Supporting all Specialty Ingredient and Health & Wellness product lines. This job position will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of finished goods inventory as well as warehouse product flow. This position will require critical thinking, ability to create dashboards, and be accountable for providing accurate data.

**Assignments may include, but are not limited to:**

* Providing supporting data for S&OP Meetings to other supply chain colleagues.

* Work with accounting on reconciling items

* Correct inventory errors that occur during product movements

* Create Slow Moving, Soon to Expire and Off-Spec reports/dashboards for all SI & H&W businesses

* Maintain Warehouse pipeline for space utilization

* Collaborate with warehouse team on optimizing warehouse space

* Manage Warehouse Hub inventory/order movements

* Recognize opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies

* Other projects as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Flexibility is critical in this role.

* A support-oriented focus

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

* Knowledge of the IBM inventory and order processing systems and the ability to learn web-based and other computer applications.

* Bachelors Degree or previous experience in an ADM is preferred

* Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Accurate decision maker.

* Ability to set goals, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

* The ability to work closely and communicate effectively with all business functions.

* Accounting experience would be an added benefit.

* Must be able to maintain a strong working relationship with supply chain managers

* Experience with Business Objects is preferred.
