The Inventory and Supply Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory, inventory reporting, receiving of material, and pulling orders. Has no supervisory responsibility. Responsibilities
- Keep track of equipment and all consumables going out to jobs and returning.
- Work with purchasing to keep stock levels.
- Utilize Teletrac to track inventory and work orders, other computer programs as needed.
- Shipping and receiving.
- Needs to be able to take inventory and report.
- Needs to be able to receive new material and place in inventory.
- Needs to be able to receive tooling and place in inventory.
- Needs to be able to pull orders and stage for mobilization to job sites.
- Needs to be proficient in operating an all-terrain forklift.
About You Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Computer literacy/knowledge needed to learn and work with inventory and work order systems, specifically Teletrac Navman apps.
- Good oral communications, basic math skills, and a high degree of common sense.
- Self-starter that must be flexible and able to make decisions in the company's best interest.
- Experience operating all-terrain forklifts required, familiarity with towing trailers preferred.
- Must have a clean MVR.
- Ability to work full-time hours with overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position.
- Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs.
- Working mostly in an outside environment in all weather conditions.
- Stooping and bending up to 70% of the time.
