The Inventory Associate will be a strong problem solver who works to ensure flawless execution of all inventory related projects. The Inventory Associate is responsible to:

  • reviews shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
  • Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
  • Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
  • Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage, or demurrage charges, using computer or price list.
  • Maintain Inventory and monitor results for accuracy
  • Document processes and operational flows.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory tracking.
  • Work with a sense of urgency will help ensure that ensure that operational plans are executed,
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Min 1 year of inventory experience.
  • Pick/Pack, Inbound/Outbound, warehouse/distribution or Fresh Cut General Management experience a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
  • QA/Inventory experience a plus
