The Inventory Associate will be a strong problem solver who works to ensure flawless execution of all inventory related projects. The Inventory Associate is responsible to:
- reviews shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
- Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage, or demurrage charges, using computer or price list.
- Maintain Inventory and monitor results for accuracy
- Document processes and operational flows.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory tracking.
- Work with a sense of urgency will help ensure that ensure that operational plans are executed,
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Min 1 year of inventory experience.
- Pick/Pack, Inbound/Outbound, warehouse/distribution or Fresh Cut General Management experience a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
- QA/Inventory experience a plus
