General Description
Leads a team of stockroom personnel in and through all daily activities. Daily activities involve kitting, transferring, and moving parts throughout the facility.
Duties
* Maintain packaging inventory for stock (i.e. bags, boxes)
* Motivate, coordinateand assign daily assignments to personnel
* Ensure kitting expectations of the team are achieved
* Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
* Receive and enter verification data for inventory.
* Unpack and perform quality and quantity checks on manufacturer.
* Put away all inventory receipts.
* Replenishment and validation of all inventories.
* Perform cycle counts of product inventory.
* Properly label product locations.
* Make adjustments to inventory in database as required.
* Must be flexible to accept work assignments in different areas as needed and required.
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Relies on judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Directs and leads the work of others.
* Assigns work to the team and prioritizes work load.
* A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Education/Experience Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Requires at least 5 years' experience in the field
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to leverage available resources to accomplish objectives

* Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day.
* Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands, working at heights with fall protection devices.
* Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
* May be required to lift up to 25 pounds and carry for short distances.
* Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
