About The Opportunity The Inventory Clerk maintains an accurate inventory of materials in the facility verifying sufficient inventory for production using the inventory system, reconciling, and reporting to management. Essential Functions: 1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures 2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines 3. Issue material and/or components to the production floor per the Material Request Form and Bill of Material 4. Conduct daily cycle counts to verify inventory data 5. Record all inventory transactions via the applicable software 6. Inform management of any discrepancies that cannot be resolved 7. Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements 8. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisor Performance Measures and Outcomes: 1. Adherence to safety policies and procedures 2. Quality of work 3. Production goals Education/Certification: Level Desired - High school diploma or equivalent Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner 2. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business 3. Ability to effectively work in teams 4. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people 5.
