EMR/My Auto Store is currently looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Clerk with a keen interest in auto parts to join our team and help us maintain our high standards. This role will be worked onsite at our warehouse/office in Bayonne, NJ What You'll Do:
  • Manage Inventory: Keep track of stock levels, order new parts, and ensure accurate stocking.
  • Conduct Audits: Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
  • Handle Orders: Process incoming and outgoing parts, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers: Manage relationships with suppliers and handle any issues or returns.
  • Support Team: Assist sales and customer service teams by providing accurate part availability information.
  • Inspect Quality: Ensure all parts meet our quality standards and report any discrepancies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous inventory or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Detail-Oriented: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Must be able to utilize MS Excel.
  • Communication: Assist customers with their pickups, providing a positive and helpful experience.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Must have high school diploma/GED
  • Prior experience working a forklift is preferred
