Reporting to Purchasing Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate forecast, lead time and safety stock levels for all raw material, packing material and finished products in SAP
• Review weekly ME5A report and test check to ensure there are no SAP errors
• Support Purchase Manager to place POs for materials
• Place PO for all supplies and services as requested by various department managers
• Perform weekly material movement between various warehouses as per SAP requirements
• Perform weekly cycle count at all warehouse locations. Investigate and correct deviations between physical inventory and book inventory
• Perform weekly reconciliation of consignment inventories maintained at customer locations
• Update forecast in SAP quarterly based on actual sales
• Support Purchase Manager's tasks during their absence
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required by management
